Chocolate Banana Smoothie

 An excellent meal replacement. I usually enjoy this smoothie for breakfast or post workout. The hint of cinnamon is scrumptious!

Ingredients 


6 oz whole milk 

100g frozen banana 

11g honey

1 pack or 32g Justin’s Cinnamon Almond Butter 

5g cocoa powder 

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

5 ice cubes

 

Method: Combine all of the ingredients into a quality blender. Use a high setting for about 2 minutes or until you no longer hear the ice being crushed. Pour into a large cup and enjoy! I personally prefer a glass pint cup and glass straw.
